F. Shawn Azizollahi, the firm’s Co-Founder and Managing Partner has devoted his career to serving his clients. As a licensed and good standing member of the State Bar of California, Mr. Azizollahi received his Juris Doctorate from the prestigious UCLA School of Law. Mr. Azizollahi has successfully led and negotiated unrivaled opportunities for his clients, establishing the unparalleled relationships that are the foundation of Marquee Law Group, APC.
Mr. Azizollahi leads the firm’s transactional practice and has dedicated his practice toward obtaining the best possible results for his clients. The corporate side of his practice involves negotiating, drafting and formulating business transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, dissolutions, corporate compliance, business consulting and strategic business structure formation.

Mr. Azizollahi spearheaded our firm’s dedication to serving our community by creating the Marquee in the Community initiative. Through this program, Mr. Azizollahi supports, advises and/or volunteers for many non-profits and community organizations within California. He has also served on the Board of Directors for New Horizons, which specializes in providing care and support for adults with developmental disabilities and the Steering Committee for the Cedar Sinai Sports Spectacular.
Poya Ghasri

Poya Ghasri is a Co-Founder of Marquee Law Group, APC. Poya is a double Bruin, receiving his Bachelor's degree from UCLA and Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law, and is a member in good standing with the California State Bar.​​
Poya oversees the firm's civil litigation practice and has substantial experience handling employment law. Poya has dedicated his career to protecting his client's interests and supporting their intricate needs. Poya proactively works with clients to attain efficient results and limit the costs incurred in an effort to reach an amicable resolution, when possible. Through his leadership, Marquee Law Group, APC has successfully litigated numerous matters spanning multiple industries, obtaining phenomenal results for his clients. Due to his broad range of experience and established record of success, Poya serves as a trusted advisor, confidant, and advocate for many clients.
Anna Cai
Associate
Anna Cai is a Senior Associate with Marquee Law Group, APC. Anna received her B.A. in History from UC Berkeley, her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, and is a member in good standing with the California State Bar. Prior to joining Marquee, Anna clerked at public defender offices in Los Angeles County, San Diego County, and Contra Costa County, zealously advocating for her clients at every phase of trial.

Anna works with Marquee's litigation practice representing plaintiffs in a wide array of cases including sexual harassment, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, breach of contract, and other employment claims. Overall, Anna fervently advocates for and is dedicated to achieving the best possible results for her clients.
